This large first floor apartment is warm and cosy and offers very comfortable accommodation with superb views across the valley:
- 3 generous bedrooms. The first can sleep up to 3 with a kingsize double plus a single; the second with twin beds, and the third provides a standard double bed.
- a spacious lounge has a large open fireplace, television with British free view and a DVD player, Wii console, and a dining area for relaxed meals. There are French windows that open out onto the main balcony - allowing you to enjoy the views as you relax after the days' activities. One of the sofa's can convert into a double bed.
- a well-equipped kitchen that has everything you'll need - including a dishwasher, breakfast area and French doors opening on to the balcony.
- bathroom and an additional shower room.

Within 5 minutes stroll of the chalet is a small food store where you can buy fresh bread and croissants each morning as well as many other provisions. Wider shopping facilities are easily accessible in Morzine town centre with a wide choice of food & wines. Morzine town centre, which you can walk to via the footbridge in just 10 minutes, has lots of Restaurants and bars to choose from. Montriond itself has a small selection of bars and restaurants within 5 minutes walk of the chalet.
There is parking in front of the apartment for 2 cars, and you can enjoy the gardens that surround the chalet.
The chalet is on the sunny side of the valley, which means that at the end of the day, you can watch the sun go down from the front balcony - and in the summer you might even catch a glimpse of the Deer that often graze at the rear of La Vardaf at the edge of the forest clearing.
